The most mood – influential films I’ve ever watched.

The most mood – influential films I’ve ever watched.

When I’m really depressed, I’m taking a DVD from the shelf and watching the film, which always makes me feel better. I have only one such film. This is animation made by artists known mostly as musicians. It was released in 1968, so it’s not a brand new. But it still works.
I’d love to listen to music, when I’m stressed and need some rest. I ‘d like the energy of colours, which are helpful to recover and to be full of beans. My favorite film is colourful, with very fast passing images, full of unexpected ideas and visualisations. I just watch it. I allow wonderful animations and great well-known music just to fill me up. It’s passing through me and changes my attitude to the world. I really do not know, how about you. You need to suck it and see. The film title is “Yellow submarine”.
On the contrary… Is there any depressing film, which I can recommend for some reasons? To be honest – yes, there is one. I’ve seen the film, which is known as quite important in history of cinematography and I found it a depressing one. It brings up some important questions tackling the topic of human being’s existence, values, health… Despite these valuable features, it’s depressing. The plot and the main character’s history are very difficult to carry on, if you are a fragile person. I highly recommend this film, but I have to warn that sensitive spectator should be very careful, and take these disadvantages into consideration. The film’s title is “One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest” (1975).
It’s a pleasure to share with readers my very own opinions about so crucial masterpieces of cinematography. I hope you find them as food for your thoughts.
